CNC Double column 5 sided machining center

It is the largest class among the facilities owned by TODA, boasting a table size of 4800 * 2800 and a maximum stroke of 5000 * 3700, and makes a wide range of processing possible. By arranging skilled and dedicated operators to bring out the performance of the machine to 100%, we can achieve machining that focuses on precision from material to shaving as far as the work is physically possible. In addition, it is possible to flexibly respond to large-scale processing of many kinds and small quantities.

Small CNC milling maching/Machining center

TODA utilizes a total of 12 facilities from NC milling machines to small NC machining centers, and can handle a wide range of applications, from 2-axis and 2.5-axis milling to 3D shape machining. The cornerstone of this is TODA's skilled operators with craftsmanship, especially in high-precision machining technology that produces parallel and right angles, achieving machining accuracy beyond the precision of the machine itself.

Simultaneous 5-axis machining center

TODA specializes in high-precision plane indexing using simultaneous 5-axis machining centers. As for the machining program, TODA original program is created and used, and the process consolidation has been realized by performing drilling simultaneously with plane machining by indexing inclined surfaces. Another feature is that it can be used regardless of the material.

Double column machining center

TODA has a large number of medium-sized CNC double column machining centers, and performs high-precision machining mainly for medium-sized parts. Above all, in the base processing that is the basis of the CF, we guarantee outstanding flatness and parallelism with the technology and know-how cultivated over many years.
