Inspection for CF quality assurance
TODA uses three large 3D measuring instruments to perform measurement and accuracy assurance. Dedicated operators are assigned to each measuring instrument, and the measurement is performed using comparison calculation software and compared with 3D CAD data online on the in-house server, and immediately judged as "OK" or "NG" . This achieves accurate and highly efficient inspection. In addition, the measuring instruments are regularly inspected and calibrated once a year to ensure high reliability. |

Single product (single unit) inspection
An essential process for achieving the basic concept of “builiding high-precision parts” of TODA products is single item (single unit) inspection. By guaranteeing tolerance tolerances that are 0.05mm tighter than assembly tolerances, errors generated during assembly are absorbed, greatly contributing to establishing the quality level of TODA products required by customers after final assembly. Furthermore, accuracy assurance on a unit basis enables quicker response when modifications or corrections occur after delivery. |
